Online Auction
With Gala Assist, you can now leverage all its features while conveniently hosting your auction online. Simply add all your auction items, including images, and let Gala Assist create a visually appealing auction website for you. Share the link from the Gala Assist dashboard with your guests, and they can bid online effortlessly. Once the auction concludes, guests can make secure and hassle-free payments. You also have the option to add a “buy it now” price.
This feature was designed with user-friendliness in mind. There’s no configuration required on your part. If you want to enable online bidding, simply toggle the “online auction” switch to “on” in the Gala Assist dashboard. If you change your mind, simply flip the switch back. For your guests, there’s no need to remember usernames or passwords. You can simply send an email from the Gala Assist dashboard that directs them to the auction website, allowing them to bid.
Even if you’re still hosting a live event, you can incorporate online bidding. This way, your guests can bid on auction items before the event starts. As a result, the highest bid will automatically be set as the starting bid at the in-person event, potentially increasing your organization’s revenue.

Fast Pass for Gala Assist
The Fast Pass App for Gala Assist is a complimentary application that can be used in conjunction with the Gala Assist service. It can be downloaded by any of your staff or volunteers that will be working the event. The application allows you to scan in guests that have received their Fast Pass QR code to help with a speedy check in.
This application can be found by searching the app store for "Gala Assist".

This includes 4 iPad Mini's with cellular data, 4 credit card readers, and 4 stands. All the chargers you need and the app pre-installed and ready to go.

** The case including all the equipment must be returned within 10 days of the end of the event. A pre-paid return shipping label is included to make this even easier.
